Super nutritious and healthy Burger recipe

Ingredients

1 organic egg

1/2 cup oatmeal

1/3 cup minced onion

1/2 cup chopped organic spinach

1/2 kilo of steak ground beef

2 tbsp. striped organic cheddar cheese

2 loaves for hamburger

1 avocado

Salt and pepper to taste

Lettuce

Onion cut into rings

Preparation
