How to Organize

The Organization as a healthy habit

For their children and their own health, it is important to take control of their own habits. The first step to get rid of bad habits and the creation of good is to identify them.

Without hesitation habits are forming little by little, IE we can not good to first say I am changing my way of eating and to do so at once, because if so few days or few hours we will see some sweet cakes or things that are healthy and we are going to win the temptation. [blocktext align=”left”]The organization takes to the less 21 days to settl[/blocktext]e is that as all the habits the Organization must see it as a process, that we are not going to take good first, getting an example, how many times you've spent weekends cleaning or ordering and when you end up and these depleted or exhausted you say now if I'm going to keep my house tidy , and during the week you left out some bottles, you moved and not put all the clothes in the basket, ate you and your family and they were dishes in the dining room until the end of week back to become the chaos.

That is why I say that like all habit organizing it should be a process, and as all processes took at least 21 days to settle in you.
