How to organize a routine to reduce waist

Something which is of concern to all women is mainly to have a small waist, so that today I'm going to share some tips that if you follow them I assure you that in 15 days you will notice results, because to my have worked me:

  2. Last 15 minutes tomato a glass of hot water as for you with the juice of one lemon, auyudara to alkalize your body and keep it more healthy
  3. In your meals added a salad, do not say that you eat nothing but salad, just agregala at the beginning of the meal and see as arriving at the main course are less hungry.
  4. Performs an exercise routine at least 4 times a week
